Our Mission at Anole Computer Services is to provide superior service by placing the customer first. We believe that customer satisfaction is the key to any successful business. We seek to achieve this by:
- Providing fast, reliable service to get our customers back up and running as soon as possible.
- Always remembering that our customers operate on a budget and provide advice and services that help the customer stay within that budget.
- Speaking to our customers in simple to understand language, free from jargon, so that they will understand what we are doing.
- Implementing standard procedures and processes to ensure consistency in all operations
Our Background
Anole Computer Services, LLC was founded by Larry Boyd in 2005. Larry has been involved with computers since 1979 when he first learned BASIC on a WANG 3300 (with paper tape!) and his first personal computer was a Tandy TRS-80 Color Model 1 with 4K memory.
Larry spent most of his professional career working for one of the premier telecommunications equipment manufacturers in the world. During his twenty year career with Nortel Networks, Larry performed a multitude of job functions, most of which were customer service related. These included:
- Systems testing and quality assurance.
- Technical training, including repair and maintenance of some of the largest telecommunications systems in the world.
- Emergency support for large central office switches including disaster recovery services (hurricane, floods, earthquakes, tornadoes, etc.) for nearly every telecommunications company in the United States.
- Introduction, installation, and configuration of of new products prior to general release. This included installation, configuration and testing of one of the largest VoIP networks in the world, a system processing on average 800,000 calls per day.
Larry’s extensive customer service and training experience is one of the key factors that sets Anole Computer Services apart from other computer repair and consulting companies. He understands the needs and wants of the customer and has an ability to explain things in jargon free language that anyone can understand.
